Terms and Conditions

1. Ranking perks & benefits are redeemable only once. From April 1st to March 31st of the following year and are based on the affiliate’s ranking at the start of the quarter. Ranking is based on commissions Year to Date as follows:

   1st ranking: January 1st to March 31st
   2nd ranking: January 1st to June 30th
   3rd ranking: January 1st to September 30th
   4th ranking: January 1st to December 31st

2. The One-Month Referral Program Payout Bump is eligible to ELITE Affiliates (20%), VIP affiliates (15%) and RISING STAR Affiliates (10%) only one calendar month out of the year; eligible Affiliates must notify either the Customer Experience Team or their Dedicated Affiliate Manager at least 7 business days before the start of the following calendar month for the One-Month Referral Bump to be applied for that month. Once applied, the bump sets the new referral percentage to 10%, 15% or 20% according to the Affiliate’s tier for the applicable month.

3. The Annual Payout Bump is based on a 10% increase of affiliate commissions for the applied period. The Bump period of either 1 day (RISING STAR Affiliates), 3 days (VIP Affiliates) or 10 days (ELITE Affiliates) must be taken consecutively and at the time of choosing by the affiliate. Affiliates who wish to benefit from said Annual Bump must notify either the Customer Experience Team or their Dedicated Affiliate Manager at least 7 business days prior to their chosen period. Eligible affiliates can benefit from up to a maximum of 1, 3 or 10 days’ worth of payout bumps per year, depending on their tier.

4. CrakRevenue’s in-house affiliates including media buyers and web marketing specialists are included in the ranking.

5. Bumped promotional rates are valid only in the current CrakRevenue platform. This promotion does not apply to CrakRevenue Legacy affiliates and/or Legacy links.

6. New affiliates must have successfully completed the initial CrakRevenue registration & approval process to qualify.

7. Rankings and benefits shown above are subject to restrictions and remain at CrakRevenue’s sole discretion.

8. The payment of commissions is done at CrakRevenue’s sole discretion, subject to Affiliate having completed the identity validation process, and can be canceled at any time without any prior notice.

9. Some perks are delivered upon request and availability (quantities are limited).

10. Eligible Affiliates who wish to redeem their Affiliate World Forum (STM Forum) membership must submit a request in writing to their Dedicated Affiliate Manager.

11. Eligible Affiliates who wish to redeem their annual exclusive merch and New Year’s gift must send a request and provide their shipping details (address and telephone number) to their Dedicated Affiliate Manager. We send our merch packages twice a year: in June and around the New Year. CrakRevenue reserves the right to refuse shipping to some countries.

12. Eligible Affiliates who wish to participate in sponsored events (entrance ticket only) following an invitation received from CrakRevenue must fill out the applicable form and be eligible to all other terms and conditions applicable to said event.

13. These Terms & Conditions are additional to the Terms of Service (Affiliate Agreement), which shall be complied with at all times. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Affiliates found sending traffic generated from spam, content locking and other deceitful tactics will see their account banned.
