How to enter? (Giveaway requirements)

1. Create your account on crakrevenue.com to become a new affiliate or log into your existing CrakRevenue Affiliate account.
2. Select any offer and monetize your traffic. If you're an existing affiliate, you must generate more payout than the last quarter.
3. Reach the Rising Star level (new affiliates) or improve your affiliate ranking between October 1st and December 31st, 2024. Get an extra chance by completing a 13-week streak or more by the end of this Giveaway.

Prizes and categories of eligibility

Depending on the level or ranking you reach as of December 31st, 2024, eligible affiliates will be eligible to win the following prizes:

Chances of winning

• One chance when improving ranking and ending up in top 400 affiliate ranking.
• One chance when improving level from Active to Rising Star, Rising Star to VIP, or VIP to Elite.
• One extra chance if one of the previous conditions is fulfilled and you obtain the 13-week streak badge or more by Dec. 31, 2024.

Eligible affiliates can win up to 2 prizes if they:

1. Change ranking and end up in top 400 affiliate ranking
2. Change level from Active to Rising Star, Rising Star to VIP, or VIP to Elite
3. Obtain the 13-week streak badge or more by Dec. 31, 2024

General terms and conditions

• You must be 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state/province of residence) or older at the time of entry.
• You must provide complete and accurate information when creating your account on CrakRevenue.
• Affiliates who have been banned are not eligible and new account creation will not qualify for this Giveaway.
• Existing affiliates must generate more payout between October 1st and December 31st, 2024 inclusively than the previous quarter.
• The payment of commissions is done at CrakRevenue's sole discretion, subject to affiliate having completed the identity validation process.
• These Terms & Conditions are additional to the Terms of Service (Affiliate Agreement), which shall be complied with at all times. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, affiliates found sending traffic generated from spam, content locking and other deceitful tactics will see their account banned.

Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to CrakRevenue Affiliates who complete the giveaway requirements mentioned above. The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide unless restricted by local laws or regulations. Entrants must be 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state/province of residence) or older as of their date of entry in this Giveaway in order to qualify. This Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. CrakRevenue employees, its subsidiaries and affiliated entities and their directors and officers (collectively the “Excluded Entrants”), as well as members of an Excluded Entrant’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household as the Excluded Entrants are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Sponsorship. The sponsor is CrakRevenue (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Giveaway You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the outcome of this Giveaway. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any interpretation of these rules or any instructions given by a Sponsor’s representative regarding this Giveaway, these Official Rules shall prevail.
4. Giveaway Entry Period: This giveaway begins on October 1st, 2024, 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Giveaway, improvement in levels, rise in ranking and streaks must be achieved within the Entry Period.
5. How to Enter: Eligible entrants must follow the instructions mentioned above in “How to enter ? (Giveaway requirements)”. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating said entries and removing them from the giveaway at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prizes: One (1) Winner per category (a “Winner”) will be eligible to receive one of the prizes mentioned above. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded but is estimated as mentioned above. The prize must be accepted as is. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent value, in its sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be substituted for cash or other prize equivalent, unless on Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Odds: The total number of eligible Affiliates determines the odds of winning one or more of the available prizes in each category of Entrants.
8. Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries in each category received during the Giveaway period no later than January 31st, 2025. The Sponsor will notify the Winner(s) by email within 7 days following the Winner selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner of a given category 1) fails to reply to Sponsor within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent or 2) is found ineligible, said Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected by a subsequent random drawing from eligible Entrants, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Receipt of the prize by the Winner is subject to compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and these Official Rules. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. If no Entrant is declared a Winner of a given category within thirty (30) days of the original draw, the Sponsor may cancel the Giveaway.
9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway for causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, including corruption of the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Giveaway. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the giveaway or website or violate these Official Rules will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this Giveaway constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or this Giveaway; 5) electronic error or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or 6) Prize lost, stolen, delivered late, delayed, or damaged.
11. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS APPLICABLE IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Giveaway, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in the judicial district of Quebec having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected from Entrants and submitted with an entry will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway.
